HR will calling you to confirm your position and give you details about job description and ask for your experience that relate with customer service. I think it not too hard if you have problem solving.

Everything was run smoothly. Just need to follow up closely with HR for them to update you on the status. 2 level of interview, 1 with Hiring Manager and another with Director of Customer Service.
