I had just finished a 6 month contract with the Benefits Agency (as they were called back then) and applied for a job at DHL.They were just begining to expand rapidly at East Midlands Airport. I was interviewed by a Team Leader and a Manager. It was quite formal and I was nervous....being only 22. Essentially I was not really asked that many questions, I think it was more a case of did I match up to my CV application form.
