There was a call from the HR confirming basic details before I was called for the interview at the office. The interview was by the Manager of my department who was pleasant, casual and to the point. She even had a good sense of humor during the interview and there was an air of friendliness that made the whole interview quite casual and relaxed. I guess they mostly look for someone who can communicate well and can work well with others.

1. Aptitude Test 2. Typing Test 3. HR Round 4. Ops Round Interview process completed in a day. However, they took 15 days to send me the offer letter. Induction training is of one day & three days product training.
