Preliminary aptitude test was there followed by personality assessment test. Then the shortlisted candidates undergo a role play session which is a situation based and they will provide details of the situation. Assessment of your negotiation skills and communication is done. And finally a personal interview.

1st online interview and second in in their Kwai Hing office, HR said have next round in mainland but I didn’t hear back from them. The whole process is very fast, they will tell you a specific time that you will know whether you have entered the next stage round or not. I think it’s great coz you don’t need to wait endlessly.

1st in self intro in Mandarin and group discussion on a normal daily topic and need to present afterward and Q&A session by both candidates and HR.
The second interview need to make a PowerPoint immediately based on the provided topic and present, also other candidates will ask you questions, and then is individual interview with serval heads.

Took place for 2 days and was very good. HR from the company were really helpful. I was recruited via college campus. Very nice way of conducting interviews with encouraging words.
