Very smooth process. It was all done virtually to maintain safe practices. Very quick and easy process. The interview was pretty extensive, and took about an hour. I interviewed and was offered a position the next day.

In person interview that ask general questions to indicate that you will be willing to help the customer. Very friendly and maybe some role play if they like your interview questions.
