Applied online and completed an assessment directly following application. Was contacted for a phone interview a little over a week later, which was very casual and comfortable. Scheduled a one-on-one interview with a supervisor for the following week. On the day of the interview, my GPS actually took me to the wrong place at least five times, but the interviewer was very understanding and still waited on me even though I was nearly an hour late. The official interview was also comfortable. I was dressed in a nice shirt and some khakis. The interview consisted of some small talk, followed by the official questions, then we discussed any further questions or concerns I may have had. At the end of the interview, I was given a piece of paper and asked to go take a drug screen at a nearby clinic. Was contacted a little more than a week later by phone to be informed that my background check was about to commence and that I should know my results in about a week. A week and a half later, I was offered the job and scheduled my training.
