Entrevista
First step was a phone screen with a recruiter. After the recruiter sent me a link to a test that took about 2 hours, aptitude tests, basic math and comprehension. The next step was a 30 min phone screen with a hiring manager. Not very technical but went into details on previous experience. Then the next week I was invited to fly out to Englewood.
The on campus interview consisted of a 2 hour test, interview with the head of engineering, and the hiring manager. The test was Watson Glaser(unlimited time) and Wonderlic (50 questions in 12 min). On the wonderlic test, the best strategy is to guess on the ones that will take more than 10 seconds to answer and move quickly, you will find most of the question are easy. The one I took on campus was much easier than free online practice. The interview was basically the same as the phone screen. Asked more about your previous experience, wasn't asked anything technical. The day finished with a with a tour of the campus.
I was told I would hear back the next week. The next week the recruiter called to tell me that they liked me but hired someone with 7 years more experience than me.
Overall it was a positive experience. The process was super fast (2 and a half weeks) compared to any other company I've dealt with.

The hiring process was so confusing, I did received an email from HR to choose the interview schedule (hour and day) in her given calendar, so I go ahead and did it. The following day, I received an email that they made several attempts to contact me and have been unable to reach me, so therefore I have been removed from consideration. Then upon checking the application portal my status changed from "Application in process" to Withdrawal by Candidates so I email the HR personnel that I just filled-in the schedule for interview and I am still interested. BUT I NEVER HEARD ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from her, so I thought, I wont get any interview. And to my surprise I got a call from her on the schedule date I filled in. And I am not ready because I never got any acknowledgement from her. I didnt make preparations and I am doing something else that time. So in short, she easily dump a second after the interview. SO UNPROFFESSIONAL!

I was required to take a total of three competency tests.
Watson Glaser was one of the tests.
I then had to participate in a one on one with the team supervisor. I was asked basic questions related to LTE systems. One take home assignment related to LTE parameters was given

Entrevista
Very structured recruiting process. HR has some mandatory questions, and after that the manager talks specifics. You need to interview with 3 levels of management, and 3 IQ type of tests. Easy, medium and hard.
