The process is amazing. The assessments can be time consuming, but they give you a very good idea of what is expected. The interviews give a ton of information on benefits and expectations. When I came to work, I knew what they wanted me to do. Everyone was very professional. It was a little intimidating, though, because I was in the lobby with at least 5-10 other applicants. I do not know if they were applying for the same job as me, but it seemed like a lot.
