First, there is an HR screening call, followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager (HM). The process was quite smooth. An online assessment is required either before or after the interview with the HM. The HM is very nice and straightforward, trying to make you feel comfortable during the interview. I rated the interview difficulty as ‘Average’ since the assessment was timed, and the time was very tight. I didn’t see the total number of questions until I had used up half of the time...

Interviewer was lovely but summary of job given in interview did not match job description. My skills were very different then what was required for the role. However, interviewer said she would keep me in mind for more relevant roles.
