Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela DISH (Denver, CO) em jun. de 2020
Entrevista
Let me begin this by saying, this is the first time I am ever writing a negative review but my sole purpose is that I wish future candidates to learn from my experience. I was furloughed by my previous employer with the unfortunate advent of Covid-19 and was actively looking for opportunities when DISH HR recruiter contacted me. Over the next 1 month I was subjected to 3 written assessments and 5 interviews. At the end of it all those golden words finally arrived "Congratulations, You have been selected and we are going to make you an offer." Since during this period I had secured another offer (contractual position) I requested the DISH HR to please expedite my process of offer release so that I can turn down the other offer. I was given a verbal offer with absolute numbers and benefits and was told that the soft copy of the offer will be on its way in next couple of days. I was also told that I can rely on the verbal offer and can turn down the other offers. And I ended up making the biggest mistake of my professional career by trusting them and turned down the other offer. After 2 days as I was waiting for my Dish offer to arrive, I got a mail from HR which read "They had a change of mind and heart (i.e Decided to move in a different direction) and therefore they longer will be making me an offer. " The company is a SCAM and just stay away from it as much as you can. I haven't walked across a person who is proud and happy to be working for Dish. And the end of it all, I am just so glad that god saved me from serving such an unethical organization.
