Entrevista
1) 1st Interview: Zoom call with HR representative. Unprofessional: late start, multiple cut-offs, advised next step would be a Zoom call with hiring manager (it wasn't the next step), also ill prepared/ unfamiliar with senior recruitment e.g. in response to question about the pension in the reward package, the response provided was 'just the minimal legal requirement of 5%' - factually correct, but hardly 'selling' the firm.
2) Online psychometric tests. No context or format advised in advance.
3) 2nd Interview Zoom call, with hiring manager. Relatively relaxed and informal. 45mins.
4) Task: Email received with instructions to develop solutions (process flows) to 3 business challenges + a request to document 8 possible key business metrics. Response submitted by email.
5) 3rd Interview: Zoom call. More formal interview format, including talk through and questions on the task activity (Stage 4). Again, unprofessional as advised at the end that I was successful, and that the next step would be that I'd receive an invite for a final interview with the company director panel.
6) Advised by email that I was unsuccessful.
7) Request from me for a call or Zoom meeting for formal feedback.
8) Email response, with generic and high level comments.
Company appears to want to move forward and adapt, large investment in technology but has recognised that staff culture needs to improve. Blind spot appears to be that: the recruitment process (multiple steps, poorly sign-posted); senior recruitment reward package (salary + minimum pension), and; hiring manager behaviours (making inaccurate statements in interviews, and not having the courtesy to provide verbal feedback, despite a significant effort from the applicants in the multi-stage process).
