Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa DKatalis Labs (Singapura).
Entrevista
Approached by recruiter and had one technical interview with the hiring manager.
Interview process had a mix of non technical questions and technical ones. Throughout the interview the hiring manager was not engaging and seemed eager to move on to next questions in his list.
Details about the role were also scant; The hiring manager is undecided on which verticals would the role fill specifically and only gave vague one-liners of different opportunities that are available e.g. recommendations, credit scoring etc.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela DKatalis Labs (Singapura) em set. de 2021
Entrevista
I applied to Dkatalis for the role of a senior data scientist. Interview process is as follow:
1. Chat with CDO
2. Take home assignment (kaggle problem)
3. Technical Interview w/ team members
4. HR Interview
5. Technical Interview w/ DS Lead
The overall interview process was okay. I had a really good chat with the CDO and I think Dkatalis is company with very good growth potential.
However, the interview experience could have been better if the technical interviewers had better communication amongst themselves as there were many overlaps in the questions that were asked.
I understand that the company was still in the process of setting up their own DS team hence the weird sequence in the interview process (HR interview before technical interview w/ DS lead). My mistake was to share with the HR my current salary package before an official offer was made. I also read from another review that a dude got ghosted after he shared his latest payslip and ID card with the HR. For the other applicants who are applying, you might want to take note of this. Not sure if the HR is mining data from this entire interview exercise. It's pretty iffy, I've never had companies ask for details of my current salary package when they have no intentions of hiring you.
