I applied online and received an email a few days later inviting me to interview. The initial interview consists of an on demand digital interview. You get 30 seconds to review each question, there are about 8, then your response is recorded via webcam. After that, you need to complete an extensive online competency and skills assessment. This can take up to 3 hours to complete. The assessment consists of live action directions and responses in Word, multiple choice PowerPoint test, typing test, and scale questions where you rate what choice is more like you. There is also a section where you read scenarios and choose the best response.
Overall, the interview process is super in-depth but I think that's an attractive quality. It gives me the impression that they only select top candidates. Not sure if I got the job yet or not, fingers crossed.

2 hour interview with two members from the support team who were really warm and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. They were also open about the challenges they experience and provide a more realistic idea of what to expect in the role and the ideal candidate best suited to their work environment.

Before you ever speak to a live person, via phone or face-to-face, they put you through a very time-consuming, awkward "digital interview". A live person asks you a question, and you have 3 minutes to answer while literally talking to your own reflection. It's so impersonal and very hard to accurately convey responses when self-consciously staring at yourself. Then I took a 2.5 hour assessment of my software skills which was fine. But it also included a personality test where you choose which of two statements best fits you. Sometimes neither are very fitting...nor flattering. After committing all that time to the process, I received, via email, a rejection letter (which had a typo by the way - rather ironic!) It was the worst interview experience I ever had.

I think someone else on here already covered these questions (approx. 7) including your use of technology to improve a process, being on a team, why do you want to work here, etc.
