No screening call with the recruiter, I was offered an hour long interview via Zoom with two hiring managers. Competency based questions mainly with a focus on how you would approach certain scenarios. The interview itself was fine and there was plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the role, however a call with the recruiter beforehand to ask a lot of these questions and ascertain that this role was something I actually wanted to pursue would have been helpful. I'm giving a negative review because I didn't hear anything back after the interview. No contact from the hiring managers and nothing from the recruitment team despite me emailing them twice to follow up. Seems very rude when I've invested my time into interview prep and then the interview itself.

The first interview was very professional and the hiring manager was nice and relaxed, however the 2nd interview was a panel interview with 4 people in the room, 2 o f the interviewers were unprofessional and kept cutting me and one of them was actually aggressive!
