Entrevista
Online application, psychometric tests, followed by a commercial awareness workshop followed by an interview with two partners of the firm, written exam and a presentation on one of our choice of 3 subjects (commercial and current affairs - in particular, Brexit).
Un colloquio telefonico iniziale con la responsabile HR; un colloquio in videocall con la responsabile HR; un test di inglese; un colloquio con il responsabile del dipartimento e un colloquio con test finale.
For the video interview it was pretty standard on what you'd expect. The focus was on their values so deffo know what they are and have answers to each of them before you do it. I think there was only three questions and were strength based so not too bad.

it was very intimidating as i expected it to be but the people there were so welcoming and warm. I felt completely welcomed by the interviewer and felt as if it was a place were i belonged
