There was a three step process. First is the phone interview to see if you have a good voice, second was in person, and third is seeing the head boss to see if you're qualified enough and understand what they do as a company. It wasn't very hard, mostly asking if you could work the minimum amount of hours (16.5 hrs) and seeing if you were dedicated enough to take on the job. It was a one on one interview in the cubicles with basic interview questions. Nothing too out of the box or crazy. Just know what you're getting yourself into and at least know the basic job description of what you're applying for.
