I applied online and got the first interview invitation. Mostly asked questions regarding my experiences and skill. Then, they told we will let you know about the outcome of our decision next week. However, I did not get any response for 3 weeks till they send me an invitation email for the second round of interviews (I got the second interview invitation on Friday evening an it was pllaned for Monday). I interviewed with two different guys who even themselves were not sure what they are doing and what they want :). One more thing, based on what happened in my case, I found them very disorganized.

The second interview was sort of a mess but in the first one they were very fair and asked mostly about my analytic experience and skills and the questions were quite reasonable.

Entrevista
The entire process took about 4 weeks. After speaking to the recruiter, I had three other rounds, two with members from the team and one with the Global analytics heads. The interviews were relaxed and they asked a range of questions from technical to behavioral to check if I would be a good fit for their company.
