The interviewing process took two days containing three separate interviews. The first interview was a one on one interview which consisted of average interview questions. The second interview was also a one on one interview but this time it was with one of the people who would be training, this interview also included the breakdown of the company along with the pay scale and a demonstration of how the entry position would work. The third interview was a written response to a series of questions. Overall the process was easy and showed that the company as a whole a fun and team oriented place to work.
