Applied online. Got an HR call then several rounds of interviews including an in-person interview. Interviews consisted of questions regarding my resume, what-if scenarios, and the job description. This company has been very unprofessional. HR tried to lowball me in the beginning, asking what the lowest amount of pay I'd be willing to accept. Then, after doing multiple rounds, I get ghosted. Not even a response to my follow up email. Just absolutely no courtesy for the candidates they interview.

The interview process was done on Zoom and lasted about 20 minutes. I was interviewed by two of their senior electrical engineers to discuss my background and experience with LEDs.
