Entrevista
The first step was a technical screening, followed by an in-person interview. I spoke with two people on-location, one after the other. The interview was mostly about my previous experiences, and almost conversational in tone.

Do have have experience with Agile development processes? What was that like for you?
The interview process was all question based. Object oriented programming fundamentals and clean code best practices are very important for success in passing the interviews. Furthermore people skills and business skills are nice, but the tech skills are must have.
required 1.5 years experience having knowledge of Java, DSA, OOPS, Spring Concepts with theory and practical implementation. Hiring was for SAP Hybris project which they told that they will provide basic training.
