For internship - Hiring is referral based mostly though you can apply from the front desk too but most of the people I met during my internship were relatives of employee's etc
For Regular Job- The advertisements are released in news papers and its a very fair process. Keep reading employment news regularly

None, No questions were asked. I was an intern who came through referral but yes they forewarn you 'you have been given an opportunity, make the most of it also we will not sign your report till its not satisfactory'
