A recruiter called me upon a recommendation, I interviewed with them, the interview process was silly.
the whole process took one week.
Firstly, you have to wear a formal dress code during the interview day.
Then you will go through written exams as follows:
1- IQ Test
2- Silly English Exam, such as "on" or "in" or "at", etc.
3- OOP Exam.
4- SQL Database Exam.
5- Technology Exam, based on your position most likely ".Net" or "Java".
The four exams should take around 2 hours.
Then you should wait 30 min to attend the interview.
In the interview, there was 2 Managers, the HR head, and a technical team leader.
Starting from Managers questions, through the team leader, ends up with the "very routine" HR questions and accent.
After that, I've been told to perform a long task in 4 days "a tiny project".
I did the task with bonus points and I've shared it before the deadline and eventually, I got no feedback.
After a couple of follow-ups emails, HR told me that he don't know the status of my application.
It was just a waste of time, even without respect at the end.
