They have an initial screening, two interviews with hiring personnel and then a presentation at the end of the process, based on that they decide whether to hire or not
There were three rounds of interviews, one with someone from HR, the other with two people in the department (managers), and the last with more people in the department. There was also an assignment you had to complete

Entrevista
It's been a while, but the last impression I had wasn't a great one. Did a couple of interviews and the last one was with the CEO. He seemed quite friendly, but by surprise, he invited the Director (at the time) and he just sat quietly in the background while she grilled me. Was not a pleasant experience as it felt like her mind was made up before even meeting me; very condescending. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I think the feeling was mutual to not move forward.
