The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with minimal interview rounds. Communication was clear throughout, and the overall experience was smooth and respectful of my time. I appreciated the simplicity.
2 gesprekken met de managers, scrum master, PO en collegas uit het team. Het ging vrij vlot allemaal en werd goed geïnformeerd door de recruiter. Ook het contract ondertekenen had een professionele benadering.

Entrevista
I applied for a position requiring fluency in Norwegian because I was really interested in the position and the norwegian market. After applying they asked for my diploma and grades. After a month they rejected my application because I don't speak norwegian. They knew it already (reading my cv). What a bunch of incompetents have in the hr department? Don't waste your time applying, they don't need people able to speak other european languages. In the end they are just a little local bank with a ridiculous customer base.
