Was called in for an interview after a discussion with the recruitment consultant in the UK and had one interview with the MWS Manager and Marine Manager at the time. Got a call back within 24 hrs of the interview with an offer and asking when I could start. i was given an overview of the role and the salary package and got to meet different members of the team that were in engineering and the marine departments. I had a nervous feeling before entering into the interview, but was made feel very comfortable and for the first time that I was told all the pros and cons of joining. It made me accept the offer in a heart beat and dint mind the fact that I had to move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for the role.
