Over a month after applying, I received an email requesting a 15 minute phone interview with the recruiter. She never responded to my follow-up email stating my free time. It wasn't until I emailed the following week that we were able to schedule a call for the next day. The call went well, and she informed me I would have an hour zoom interview as my next steps. We compared schedules and put it on the calendar. I was told to look out for an email with the Zoom invitation. However, I never received this email, despite multiple follow-up attempts. The day of he supposed interview has long passed, and I have not heard from DP+ again. As with other reviews, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the candidate's time. This company might be listed as one of Detroit's "cool places to work," however the image they give off to potential employees is quite negative.
