Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela DPS Games (Guildford, Inglaterra) em set. de 2024
Entrevista
After completing a test task and going through online interview with HR I have been invited to the office to meet Head of QA and QA Specialist. Receptionist have made a tour around the studio and offered soft drinks while waiting for my interview. Been asked various questions about previous QA job after a small talk. However, the team didn't disclose or share any information about the project even knowing that I signed the NDA. The questions that I've been asked were mostly general questions about what I've done on my previous job, how I resolve conflicts, career growth and QA specific questions. Although the job didn't require any work experience in QA, I have received a rejection due to lack of experience...
Imagine a situation. You've been asked to create test cases and send them for verification to your Senior/Lead. Senior/Lead keeps rejecting and asking you to redo them even when everything seems correct. What would you do in this situation?

Interview was easy and informative about the project. It lasted for additional time, but I appreciate more insides. There were no test task and I was invited on-site. The team I’ve met was easy to talk to and office is very nice.

What do you like to do when comes environment art creation?
My time was wasted doing a test that wasn't even looked at, as the interviewer mentioned that the purpose for the test was to discuss it in the second interview (as part of the interview) which didn't take place.
I had an initial call and went through my background and experience. I was told I was through to the next round which involved a test to be completed before another (main) interview.
I completed the test to create a test plan for a free online game, and then didn't get a response for weeks. Once I chased up I was told that the role was given to someone internally, begging the question why waste my time in the first place?
In which I know the answer - poor professionalism.
