This organization seems to hire one particular group for their HR talent roles. I have extensive experience that aligns with the roles I was applying for however, I was deemed not qualified. Turns out they hired people with no experience. They have an employee in a recruitment manager role who has absolutely no experience, and I mean none, but yet he was hired. I think this organization needs to be further looked into, there seem to be discriminatory hiring practices for their HR talent positions.
