Entrevista
Was contacted for a phone interview via email. The interviewer texted 10 minutes after the scheduled interview time to say their phone screen was broken and they would need to reschedule, asked if I could do the next day. I said I could. They said they would text me back that afternoon with times. I didn't hear from them until two days later. They texted to ask if we could find another time in a couple days. I provided times I was available. I texted a few days later to see if we could find a new time. We scheduled a new time in a couple of days. The interviewer said they would send me an updated calendar invitation later that day. They never sent an updated calendar invite and then didn't call at the time we had scheduled via text.

Was never able to speak to anyone! I decided to no longer pursue the role after all of the difficulty in scheduling a simple phone interview. Red flag!

They do a phone screening followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager. Lots of questions about how you deal with stress and stay organized. They make you do a performance related task.

It was a phone call with Donna Choi Ellis, Manager of Recruitment. It was not a great interview at all, they were not thoughtful on asking questions that were high level strategic questions. They asked lots of questions that felt were checking off boxes, for an example, "How do you stay organized?" I mean really? Most of her questions were off putting and didn't seem she actually understood the role in depth to ask or even answer questions. Also another question with DEI and it was actually insulting to ask that-to a Latin woman who not only has an extensive background in working with BIPOC and am myself a first generation, to ask what I would bring to the table. I think they need more training in recruitment. Did not feel like a conversation at all and instead kept asking the same questions in different ways. Good luck
