2 rounds of tech interviews by web conference, then they would invite the candidates to an onsite final round interview with several quant researchers. So far I'm still in the process.

Entrevista
The interviewers were very nice people. The process is relatively short. It’s composed of 1 HR screening, 1 technical interview, and then it’s the super day. The interviewers were very thoughtful and helpful throughout process and were happy to give feedbacks.

Why QR compared to other industrial jobs? I thought usually they’d ask why QR over academia but no.

Online assessment: Some simple math problems regarding probability, linear algebra, calculus and statistics.
First-round interview: The interviewer discussed the CV and asked some math questions (confidential).

Entrevista
OA is 5-7 questions of math covering probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, and game theory in 45 minutes. Should be good with enough preparation. Just a regular online assessment most companies give.
