Went smoothly at first and thought that I made a good impression on recruiter across multiple rounds. After the final round, the recruiter said she would let me know either way, which did not happen. It's disheartening when companies do not appreciate the time and effort of candidates.

Interview with Director, then a work sample to test how good you would be. Quite easy, couple of hours of dialling and getting information. Got a response on the same day.
