I do not have any expectation not even in my mind to work with DSWD. the reason because i have no connections and my age is somewhat old enough to be with them. But as opportunity knocks at your door, my cousin of mine told me about the need of field workers of DSWD. and so i decided to submit my curriculum vitae. As i have noticed, there were so many applicants on that day, in fact I'm the third batch for interviews on the same day. DSWD is very systematic in hiring employees. It follows correct procedures, rules and regulations. After the exams, there will be an interview. They will just notify or contact you if you are hired. After that they will text you and give you schedules for your trainings. It trains the applicants and treat them as employees. Questions on interviews are very relevant to your profession. It so nice to be an applicant of DSWD.
