Entrevista
I applied for an Executive Assistant position with a different department in March but was not selected for the interview process. In June a woman from HR called and asked if I would be interested in an Executive Assistant position for the department I now work in.
I interviewed virtually with 5 people plus DTCC's recruiter. Everyone was extremely pleasant and transparent about the position and the company.
The process took about 4 weeks.

Everything is smooth, they were able to explain all the details and a good salary package as well and good offer benefits. They were also able to respond immediately few hours after I submit my application

Entrevista
Potential candidates will be called in between 2 and 3 times. You will meet with not only the department head for the position you're being considered for but you will also meet those from other departments with whom your job requires you to interact with.
