Entrevista
First you apply and have a test online. Then if you past the initial test they send a invitation for onsite testing which was kind of rigorous but I passed that only to find out I had another on site test. Passed the second one also. The test overseers were very nice people. Finally an interview. The interview uses the STAR method which is hard to follow. The interview panel were 4 people who were not the friendliest group.

Entrevista
The interview consists of 3 or more people in a panel discussion setting where there are about 3-4 questions asked by each person. They consists of a supervisor for your department, 2 other supervisors or analyst and the union representative. After a few days, DTE will have the HR department call you to advise on the next step which will be drug testing, along with a background check and confirming that you are able to proceed with work.
