They use the STAR method. What they don’t do is apply the requirements of the actual role to the questions being asked. I’ve worked in this area for 15 plus years and after the canned “STAR” questions I had to ask what role are you interviewing for.

In depth but to the point. Wasn't awkward with multiple personality related questions, however it was technical and I did appreciate their concern regarding bringing a technical person on board.
