2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort

HR will go over the STARs method before the actual interview. The overall process is quite pleasant considering that it is an interview and the students are usually nervous. The pre interview STARs method overview really calms the nerves. Then you meet with your interviewers and they ask several questions.
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
