Straight forward interview. Small room with 3 interviewers. Answer questions in the STAR format and you'll be ok. The hiring process takes a long time but it's worth it in the end.

Tell us about a time when you were required to complete a difficult task in a group setting?
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
