I applied online throught the company's website and the process took around 4 weeks. I had two in person interviews at the offices (Amsterdam) and then a third interview through skype since i was not in the country at the time. On the first interview we went throuhg my cv and talked about what projects i had worked on and what knowledge i had. After the first interview i was given a test to prove my knowledge for the position. On the second interview we went over my expectations and also went over the test i took with one of the web team leads and gave some final feedback on some things that could be improved and talked with him about what i would be able to work on at the company since i originally applied as backend developer he also asked me if i was willing to do frontend aswell if needed. During this second interview i was supposed to meet with the company owner but at the time he wasn't there so i had this iterview with one of the hr employees. The third interview was to go over contract details and to talk with the owner, but once again the owner wasn't available so i went through the details with one of the hr employees and was given an offer then.
