Was directed to the staff room of my local shop, where I was greeted by the store's manager. We sat down, and the interview began. It lasted between 10-15 minutes

Very friendly and more of a conversation. Put me at ease very quickly. Made me excited for the role.
Questions about customer service, ways to increase sales, how i would handle certain scenarios.
