Ignorant tech interview, they already had a choice for a person. So when they interviewed me it felt really fake and they asked me how much salary do i want, I am junior, how can i know
Was interviewed by the teams director and HR. The interview was not a behavioural, moreso a technical interview with the director. Questions were not hard but the tone of the director was very condescending. After interviewing there was no follow up or feedback, however the role has been relisted.
Personally if the director for this team is unprofessional, I don't think this would be a good team to work under. The lack of follow up was also disappointing.

Entrevista
Inizialmente il processo di selezione mi è sembrato standard. A parte il ritardo dell’hr nel primo colloquio. Dopo due interviste sono stato invitato nell’ufficio di Milano dove ho atteso il ritardo di quasi un’ora per un colloquio sbrigativo di neanche 30 minuti. Magari è stato un caso ma non è un buon biglietto da visita
