Casually formal. A good 5-10 minutes of friendly chit chat before moving to more serious topics. Seemed to be interested in personality fit as much as technical fit. Gave feedback including good and bad criticism to assist with interviews in the future. Follow up within a reasonable time frame.

Ho ricevuto una prima telefonata con una HR gentilissima, la quale mi ha chiesto un po' di background personale e di conoscenze generiche.
Dopodiché sono stato ricontattato per fissare un colloquio (online) con circa 5 persone.
Si è scoperto alla fine che la posizione aperta richiedeva una figura più skillata rispetto ad un NeoG.
Perdita di tempo e sogni ad occhi aperti...
