      Absolute Nightmare @ Erswhile HP campus in Ecity! The initial communication was professional i.e. a call letter was sent with a venue, date & time slot. On the interview day (a Saturday) thousands of candidates turned up for various skills at 9:30 AM and were led to a hall where the HR personal (Third Party team and Company HR) started collecting and losing resumes! Their excuse was they wanted to distribute security badges and direct the candidates to various buildings for the rounds to start. The Hall was soon choked with people and chaos followed! Everyone were desperately trying to locate their resumes and get their badges. Once this was accomplished, we proceeded to the buildings based on our skills only to find 300+ candidates already slouching in the corridors. Since no slots were allocated. A long 5 hour wait for the first round of interview ensured that the candidates missed their lunches only to realise their resumes were misplaced! Finally when names and slots were announced, the candidates lined up outside but were not called for interviews at the designated time. Random changes in the schedule added to the flusteration. Famished & disappointed when some candidates tried to express their opinion, they were met with unapologetic replies such as 'Leave or stay, it's your call!' At close to 3:30 pm, I was too exhausted and decided to leave without even attending a single round! DXC Management if you are reading this, please ensure that some action is taken!

      Entrevista

      I received a call from DXC stating that my profile is suitable for position open at DXC, recruiter asked me questions about my experience current CTC and expected CTC after which a interview was scheduled for 5th Jan 2019. On reaching the venue I was overwhelmed by the number of people present for interview and it was a total chaos. Coordinators where shouting names of candidates for interview I have never seen any such scene during any interview I have ever given in my life. So finally after 4 hours of wait my name was called up. In total three rounds were taken i.e. Technical (> 1hr), Manager(10 mins) & HR (15 mins) (in same order). I cleared all rounds and during HR I was informed that I am selected/good to hire but my current salary is already very high for which they will check with DXC's finance team and will keep me informed. Also I was specifically told that since this will take at least a week time in case I was to check status of my application I can check with recruiter. I was taken by surprise as I have already disclosed that information to recruiters before interview was scheduled but I was so tired waiting entire day and happy that I have made through I ignored my disappointment. Finally after 6+ weeks there is no follow up by DXC and when I tried reaching the recruiter, and got no response to my email or call. Overall it was waste of a day for me, I was surprise how can a company/employees be so irresponsible that after informing that someone is selected even for courtesy sake could not inform me that my candidature is not taken forward for what ever reason instead acted immaturely by not responding and not answering call.
