Mostly phone tag for 3 weeks. FA was unable to narrow down a "good time" to meet with me. Interview lasted about 5 minutes. It was unclear which unit I was going to work at for about 2 weeks. I requested a unit close to my home (that was also hiring) but was given the unit that was far.

Entrevista
They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
