Panel interview of about six people Asking you many question and sometimes the same question only reworded. Extensive hiring processes. You must be computer savy, and it is recommended that you have a fax machine they require a lot of faxing in documents. Communication with davita village is mostly Internet and emailing and faxing.

Great! Straightforward, all responsibilities were discussed in interview . Seen the day to day task with shadowing, met the staff and was told what was expected of me as a PCT.
