It was a very deliberate process. The culture at DaVita is very important to its success and to the interviewers. So, the emphasis is on meeting with as many individuals as possible and determining if the individual is the correct fit.
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Entrevista
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
