When I arrived on time ; I had a 20 min wait. Staff was cutting side eyes. Interviewer was friendly and showed me around. I was told one pay rate and got another.

First you apply online and they comfirm your application via email. Next a recruiter will call you and make a decision if you are a good fit for the job. If the recruiter is pleased with you and your answers then they will set you up an interview with the facility administrator and you will interview with them. Bssed on that interview the facility administrator will make the decision to offer you the position or not. Before you do the interview with th FA, you will come in one day and shadow another tech to see if it's a good fit for you and if you will like it or not. After you are offered the position, the 30 day process begins.
