Applied online, was required to complete an hour long online test on administrative duties and behavioral management questions. Contacted a couple days after test completion and scheduled for a group interview with two Regional Operations Directors and a Group Facility Administrator.

Regional Operations Director was leading the interview and established the environment in the dialysis unit. The questions were generally all expected of a management type of interview.

Tedious, multiple interviews, asked same questions each interview. 6 week process to receive job offer which I accepted. Great culture related interview questions, gather an insight of the type of personality you have as well.

Long. HR screening call 30 minutes. Take online test, about 40 minutes. 2 person GFA in person interview 1 hour. RDO interview 1 hour. Job Shadow x 3 hours, meet another FA. People Services (HR) call 1 hour. (All of this over a 5-6 week period). Was told by HR that there still could be an additional interview with VP via phone. All mgmt on retreat this week, so.....All I can say is be patient.

You interview with a panel of facility administrators and possibly the regional director and if considered another interview with the physicians. Most difficult part is, if your administrator doesn’t want to allow the transfer most likely theyvto will be part of the interview and can have a negative impact on the outcome
