Met them at a career fair and handed them my resume. They chose a job they thought I would have the best fit with and I had 3 interviews on the phone with them. After the third there was no call back to come into the office for the final round.

What excel function would you use in a certain situation
Three stages: Personality, and two case studies (one from your professional experience and the other a case study they provide you). The case studies are presented to panels, and the personality interviews are with different teammates of different titles.

Describe a difficult/uncomfortable situation you've encountered in your career and how you overcame it
Took about 5 rounds of interviews, including 2 in person. Everyone was incredibly kind but it was quite a stressful process. There was a mix of behavioral interviews as well as case questions.

first round is behavioral & administrative questions with an HR or the hiring manager, then the second round was an Excel assessment that test your general ability to conduct data analysis in Excel, using pivot table, vlookup, etc.
