Submit application & resume online. If they like that then you get a brief phone interview. If you pass that then you get an in person interview with a panel of people who are in upper management and are all from different departments. I think they use 6 people for the panel now - it used to be only 3 and it was from the department you applied to work in only. If you pass that then they do a drug screening which includes THC (as ridiculous as that is nowadays). If you pass the drug screening they start the background check. This takes at least two weeks, but they're ok with a lot of things in this area for some reason. Like - I had a bench warrant for a traffic violation and I had missed the court date (I had no idea about any of this because I had moved so I never got the summons). The lady that does the background checks called me to let me know about it but it didn't effect my hirability. The whole process, from the phone interview to your start date, takes about a month and a half or so. You can expect to wait at least three months before your application gets looked at, unless the department is in dire need of employees.

I found out about the position through a temp agency (Tek Systems). The reason I was interested because it starts of as a 2–3 week onsite training then fully remote afterwards. This is a 6-month contract with a high likely chance to being permanent depending on performance. Had an interview on 5/2/25 via Microsoft Teams and accepted the job offer 5/5/25. The interview was very relaxed. They defiantly recommend you use the STAR method to answer the questions.
