First is to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter, my recruiter explained that 2 additional interviews where needed in the hiring process; one video call and if that went well an in-person interview. She would send me videos, schedule my video call interview and send me the confirmation to my email with the agreed date and time, however this never happened.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
